When will my order be shipped?
If you place & pay for your order before 2pm (AEST Monday to Friday) it will be shipped the same day.
Please allow for weekends & public holidays when waiting to receive your order. Also if you are paying by bank deposit or money order your purchase will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
What if the products are faulty?
We thoroughly check all of our products prior to posting. If, for some reason, your goods arrive and appear to be faulty, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the items so that you can be given the return address details. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs to return are the customers responsibility.
Do you refund or exchange?
Yes, we understand that purchasing items online can sometimes not as you expect so we are happy to refund or exchange the items providing that they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.
Please email us at email@example.com before returning the items so that you can be given the address details. You must also supply a copy of your receipt.
Please be advised that postage costs on returned items will not be refunded.
Can I collect my purchase from the store?
Sure, if you live locally or simply just passing through at any time you can choose to have your purchase packaged up and ready for collection at our store at 33 Louee Street Rylstone. Just bring your receipt as proof of purchase or if someone is collecting on your behalf, just ensure that you let us know prior to pick up via phone or email.
